I tailor each session to your unique needs, blending Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with techniques from ACT, DBT, and play therapy to find what works best for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all in healing—you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and encouragement.

I work with adults, adolescents, and children facing challenges like anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, and major life transitions. With experience in both individual and group therapy, I create a truly collaborative and supportive environment where we build skills and meaningful progress together.

I proudly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m currently developing a gaming/nerd therapy curriculum to connect with clients in unique and engaging ways.
