Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying so much. Whether you are going through a life transition, feeling stuck in anxiety or depression, or trying to make sense of experiences that still feel heavy, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My goal is to create a space where you can truly exhale. A place where you are met with compassion and without judgment. My approach is person-centered and rooted in narrative therapy, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. Together, we'll gently explore your story, make space for what's been hard, and reconnect with the parts of you that may feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain.
I believe growth isn't something to rush or question. It's something to understand, trust, and move through at your own pace. In our work together, there's no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and truly yours. My hope is that through this process, you begin to feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in the direction you're moving.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University, where I developed a passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with intention, care, and authenticity.
I commonly work with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety and overthinking, depression, trauma, addiction and recovery support, as well as stress and emotional overwhelm.
Outside of the therapy space, I value slowing down and being present, whether that's through mindfulness, quiet moments to reset, or simply giving myself permission to pause. I believe those small, intentional moments of care can be powerful, and I enjoy helping people discover what that can look like for them too.
